Interview Preparation
Who this is for
Professionals and students preparing for high-stakes evaluations: technical and behavioral interviews, military officer programs and selection boards, and competitive internships.
This service is for candidates who want to rely on a prepared story framework rather than hoping they think of the right example in the moment.

What usually goes wrong
- Rambling answers. Starting an answer without knowing how it ends, leading to unstructured tangents.
- The wrong "we". Describing what the team did instead of clearly defining your specific contribution to the outcome.
- Memorizing scripts. Trying to memorize exact answers to anticipated questions, which shatters the moment an unexpected question is asked.
- Skipping the result. Spending 90% of the answer explaining the background and leaving no time to explain what was actually achieved.
The approach
The STAR Method. Situation, Task, Action, Result. We map your experiences onto this repeatable framework so you can deploy them efficiently under pressure.
Building a Story Bank. Instead of memorizing 50 answers, we identify a small bank of versatile stories—often five to seven—from your background that can pivot to answer almost any behavioral question.
Mock Interviews. Practice is conducted under realistic conditions. We run through actual interview formats, followed immediately by actionable feedback on delivery, pacing, and structure.
What sessions include
- Full Session Recording. So you can watch your own delivery, identify verbal tics, and hear how your answers actually sound.
- Personalized Feedback & Action Plan. A written summary of your structural weaknesses and exactly what to adjust before the real interview.
- Practice Resources. Tailored question sets based on your specific industry or board requirements.
- Flexible Online Scheduling. Booked directly on my calendar.
Common questions
My interview is next week. Can we still prepare?
Yes. A single focused session can audit your existing stories, fix major structural flaws, and run a high-pressure mock interview.
Do you help with technical engineering questions?
My focus is primarily behavioral, leadership, and board-style questions. However, for mechanical-engineering candidates, I can also pressure-test how clearly you explain technical concepts and engineering fundamentals.
How many sessions does it take?
Many candidates can make substantial progress in two or three focused sessions, but the right number depends on how much preparation you have already done and how close the interview is.
“His approach was extremely structured, thoughtful, and easy to implement... Every session felt purposeful... I performed significantly better in my interview and felt much more composed and confident.”
